I have suggested my students save their Work as PDF when sending their resume out, but I am wondering if there is any other kind of fix. ![]() I have seen this happen frequently when the student is using Tab Stop in the ruler. They will create there document in Word 2010, and when the person opens it in Word 2007, the formatting is completely off. This is also happening to a number of my students. The document looks great on my computer, but when they open it, it looks terrible. When I create a document in Word 2010, I will send it to staff with Word 2007. I would not have thought there would be any issues from Word 2010 to Word 2007, but occationally I have encoutered a change in formatting when opening a file made with 2010 in 2007.
